Energy audit
We conduct energy audits in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan, including Law No. ZRU-940 and Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 690. We assess energy-resource efficiency, identify energy-saving potential, develop efficiency recommendations and prepare the facility’s energy passport.
Why this is now mandatory
A new law on energy saving, rational use and energy efficiency was adopted in 2024. Periodic energy audits under it are mandatory at least once every five years.
Buildings and structures with a usable area over 200 m² are assigned an energy efficiency category.

- If annual consumption exceeds 4000000 kWh of electricity or 375000 m³ of gas, the entity is a subject of the State Energy Registry; periodic energy audit is mandatory.
- Periodic energy audit — at least once every 5 years (Law No. ZRU-940).
- A building with a usable area of more than 200 m² is assigned an energy-efficiency category and an energy passport.
- The volume of work performed in budget-funded construction is subject to control measurement.
Specific consumption and the energy passport requirement are calculated from the building area and annual electricity consumption.
The energy efficiency class is set in the energy passport.
