Building energy passport

Energy efficiency category for buildings over 200 m²

Buildings and structures with a usable area over 200 m² are assigned an energy efficiency category (ZRU-940). An energy passport is prepared for newly built, existing, reconstructed and modernised facilities (CM Resolution No. 690).
